I went to the salon yesterday to get my hair done. It's only the second time in my life that I've been in a salon I'm pretty sure. The guy that did my hair was very nice and very hot. It's too bad he was married, I would have really liked to have taken him home. Anyway, my hair was past my shoulders heading towards the middle of my back so I was nervous about getting it cut. He did an awesome job. I also got it colored red with black lowlights. Today I sort of tried scrunching it all wavy, but I think I prefer it straight. Hopefully the caregivers will be able to do a bit of styling for me because I won't be able to do it myself. That was actually one of the reasons I was reluctant to cut it before actually. I put some pictures up so people can see what it looks like.

Other than that things are going pretty good. My mom is a bit... depressed with high anxiety so that's getting tougher to deal with. Especially because she won't recognize it or do anything about it. Drives me insane.

I can't believe summer is almost over. Hopefully things will continue to be good even into the winter.
